Vitamin B5 is also key in making the immune system effective and lack of B5 will create a deficiency of white blood cells, antibodies and needed defense mechanisms. It is also needed for hormone formation and the uptake of amino acids and the brain chemical acetylcholine, which combine to prevent certain types of depression.

Vitamin B5 helps in reducing body fatigue and weariness and keeps the function of the body parts working naturally. Vitamin B5 is capable of building the stamina of the human body to perform well in various tasks.
